  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Optional Topping
  • seasonal nonpareils For decorative purposes.

  1. Start by placing the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  2. Next, add the molasses, nutmeg, ginger, and cinnamon. Stir until everything is well combined and aromatic.
  3. Pour your luscious fudge mixture into a lined baking dish and spread it evenly across the surface.
  4. If you're feeling festive, sprinkle seasonal nonpareils across the top.
  5. Refrigerate the fudge for about 2 hours, or until it’s firm.
  6. Cut into squares and enjoy your delightful creation!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Freeze for up to three months wrapped well. Allow to cool before refrigerating to avoid condensation.
