Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a large circle.
- Spread the marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then layer the pepperoni slices on top.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching to seal and create a crust.
Garlic Mixture Preparation
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the garlic mixture over the crust.
Baking
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Best served warm with extra marinara sauce on the side for dipping. To store, let the pizza cool, wrap tightly, and refrigerate. It will stay fresh for about 3-4 days or can be frozen for longer storage.
