  • 1 lb spaghetti noodles
  • 6-8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 drizzles olive oil
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • Fresh ground pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes to taste

  • Cook the spaghetti noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Drizzle in the olive oil and add the Italian seasoning, fresh ground pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
  • Toss in the cooked spaghetti noodles and mix well to combine.
  • Serve hot, garnished with additional seasoning if desired.

Notes

Garlic Shrimp Pasta pairs beautifully with a side salad or garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave, adding water or olive oil if necessary. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
