  • Italian seasoning
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • Red pepper flakes Adjust to taste; can increase for spiciness.

  • Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook until shrimp turns pink.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine.
  • Serve hot, garnished with red pepper flakes.

Notes

For serving, pair with a crisp salad and garlic bread. A glass of white wine complements the dish well. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days; add water or oil when reheating to keep moist. Freezing is possible for up to 2 months, but shrimp texture may be affected.
