Preparation
- Peel and cut the potatoes into your desired size for fries.
- In a mixing bowl, add the cut fries, pour over 2 tablespoons of oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix well until the fries are thoroughly coated.
Cooking
- Place the coated fries in the air fryer basket and cook them at 370 degrees Fahrenheit for 17 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once the fries are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and toss with minced garlic and shredded Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak cut potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
