  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4–5 pieces small/medium-sized potatoes Cut into wedges

  • to taste garlic powder
  • to taste paprika

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, then toss to coat.
  • Place the potatoes on a baking sheet.
  • In the same bowl, drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the chicken on the baking sheet with the potatoes.
  • Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are golden and crispy.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with a fresh salad or steamed vegetables and consider a tangy dipping sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days or freeze portions for up to three months. For crispy potatoes, broil them for the last 2-3 minutes.
