  • 4–5 pieces small/medium-sized potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika For seasoning
  • to taste Parmesan cheese For topping

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Cut the potatoes into quarters and toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned chicken and potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
  • In the last 5 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the chicken and potatoes.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For a complete meal, pair with a fresh salad or steamed vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
