Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the potatoes into small wedges and place them in a bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat.
  • Arrange the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Place the chicken on the baking sheet with the potatoes.

Cooking

  • Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are golden brown.

Notes
