  • 2 pieces chicken breasts
  • 4-5 pieces small/medium-sized potatoes Cut into wedges
  • to taste Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • to taste Garlic powder
  • to taste Paprika

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the potatoes into wedges and toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Place the potatoes on a baking sheet.
  • Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Add the chicken to the baking sheet with the potatoes.

Cooking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.

Notes

To store leftovers, place in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven or microwave. For freezing, do so before baking and store in a freezer-safe container.
