Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika; toss to coat.
  • Place the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Cooking

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
  • Transfer the chicken to the baking sheet with the potatoes.
  • Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
