Ingredients
  

Beef and Seasoning Mixture
  • 1 lb ground beef You can use leaner cuts to reduce grease.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Parmesan or your choice) Feel free to use cheddar or mozzarella.
Biscuit Dough
  • 1 package biscuit dough Homemade dough can be used for a fresher taste.
Garnish (Optional)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the beef mixture in a skillet over medium heat until thoroughly cooked.
  4. Roll out the biscuit dough on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
Filling and Baking
  1. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture along with shredded cheese in the center of each biscuit square.
  2. Pull the corners of the biscuit up and pinch them to seal the filling inside.
  3. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until they turn a glorious golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
  6. Top with chopped parsley if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freeze unbaked bombs for longer storage. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-12 minutes.
