Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the beef mixture in a skillet over medium heat until thoroughly cooked.
- Roll out the biscuit dough on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
Filling and Baking
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture along with shredded cheese in the center of each biscuit square.
- Pull the corners of the biscuit up and pinch them to seal the filling inside.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until they turn a glorious golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
- Top with chopped parsley if desired, and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freeze unbaked bombs for longer storage. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-12 minutes.
