Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Flatten a biscuit in your hand to create a small circle.
- Place a tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of the biscuit, followed by a sprinkle of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Repeat with the remaining biscuits until all filling is used.
- Place the bombs seam side down on a lined baking sheet.
- Beat the egg and brush it generously over the tops of the bombs.
Cooking
- Bake the bombs for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
These bombs can be served with a side salad or fries and are great with dipping sauces. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
