Ingredients
  

Filling Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Feel free to use different cheeses.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Biscuit Dough
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 egg for egg wash

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Flatten a biscuit in your hand to create a small circle.
  4. Place a tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of the biscuit, followed by a sprinkle of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Repeat with the remaining biscuits until all filling is used.
  7. Place the bombs seam side down on a lined baking sheet.
  8. Beat the egg and brush it generously over the tops of the bombs.
Cooking
  1. Bake the bombs for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These bombs can be served with a side salad or fries and are great with dipping sauces. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
