Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Mozzarella or cheddar work well
Dough
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter For brushing on top

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
Assembly
  1. Take a piece of biscuit dough, flatten it out, and scoop a spoonful of the beef mixture and cheese into the center.
  2. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal it tightly.
  3. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle any remaining Parmesan cheese.
Baking
  1. Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until they’re golden brown and puffed.
  2. Serve warm for a cheesy, garlicky treat!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-10 minutes. Can freeze for up to one month.
