Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
Assembly
- Take a piece of biscuit dough, flatten it out, and scoop a spoonful of the beef mixture and cheese into the center.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal it tightly.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle any remaining Parmesan cheese.
Baking
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until they’re golden brown and puffed.
- Serve warm for a cheesy, garlicky treat!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-10 minutes. Can freeze for up to one month.
