  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  3. Form the beef mixture into small patties and place a piece of cheese in the center. Optionally, add bacon, pickles, or caramelized onions.
  4. Wrap the beef around the filling and seal tightly.
  5. Place the filled patties on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, place them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes until warmed through. You can also freeze uncooked bombs for up to three months. Bake straight from the freezer, adding a few extra minutes to the cooking time.
