Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
- Form the beef mixture into small patties and place a piece of cheese in the center. Optionally, add bacon, pickles, or caramelized onions.
- Wrap the beef around the filling and seal tightly.
- Place the filled patties on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, place them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes until warmed through. You can also freeze uncooked bombs for up to three months. Bake straight from the freezer, adding a few extra minutes to the cooking time.
