Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Shape the beef mixture into small patties and cook them on a skillet until fully cooked.
- On each biscuit or pastry circle, place a cooked patty and top with cheese and any optional ingredients.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal well.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
These bombs are excellent served with crispy french fries or a fresh garden salad. For an extra kick, pair with a tangy dipping sauce such as ranch or BBQ sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days, or freeze them wrapped individually for up to three months.
