  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Onion powder to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Shape the beef mixture into small patties and cook them on a skillet until fully cooked.
  4. On each biscuit or pastry circle, place a cooked patty and top with cheese and any optional ingredients.
  5. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal well.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These bombs are excellent served with crispy french fries or a fresh garden salad. For an extra kick, pair with a tangy dipping sauce such as ranch or BBQ sauce.
