Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or plant-based meat.
  • 3 cloves Fresh garlic Or use 1 teaspoon minced garlic from a jar.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded) Cheddar or mozzarella can be used as alternatives.
  • 1 can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury pizza dough Homemade dough or crescent roll dough also works.
  • To taste Seasonings (salt/pepper) Consider using herbal options like thyme or parsley.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef while adding minced garlic when the beef is halfway cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Drain any excess fat once the beef is cooked through, then stir in the shredded Parmesan cheese until melted.
  • On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough and cut it into squares, roughly 4x4 inches.
  • Spoon a portion of the beef-cheese mixture into the center of each square.
  • Pinch the edges together to form a ball, ensuring the filling is securely contained.
  • Arrange the bombs on a greased baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle extra Parmesan on top.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm, optionally with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Allow the bombs to cool slightly on a wire rack after baking to prevent sogginess. Don’t overfill to avoid bursting while baking.
