  • 6 pieces Bone-In, Skin-On Chicken Thighs
  • 10 cloves Garlic, smashed
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Pat chicken dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Add olive oil to the skillet and sear chicken skin-side down for 6-7 minutes until golden.
  • Flip and cook for 5 more minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • Lower heat to medium, add smashed garlic, and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in rosemary, thyme, and oregano, then add broth and lemon juice, scraping up browned bits.
  • Return chicken to the skillet, skin-side up. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes, then spoon sauce over the chicken and serve warm.

Notes

For a complete meal, serve with roasted vegetables or a fresh green salad. Ideal alongside creamy mashed potatoes, fluffy rice, or crusty bread.
