- Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cooking
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced chicken breasts and season with salt. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined. Serve hot.
Notes
Enhance with a light green salad on the side, grated Parmesan cheese, or spicy garlic bread for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freeze leftovers for up to 3 months, thawing in the refrigerator overnight before reheating.
