For the steak bites

  • 1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes Use high-quality sirloin for the best flavor and tenderness.
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Add extra garlic for a richer flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

For the pasta

  • 8 ounces pasta (twisted shape, e.g., cavatappi or fusilli) Cook until al dente for the best texture.
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning Adjust to preferred spice level.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes and sear until browned.
  • Add butter, garlic, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Cook until the steak is done to your liking.
  • In a separate pot, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cooking

  • In the same pot, combine heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until heated through.
  • Add the drained pasta to the sauce, mixing well.
  • Serve steak bites on top of the pasta and enjoy!

Notes

This dish pairs well with a green salad or garlic bread. For a nutritious touch, consider adding steamed vegetables. To store leftovers, place in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to three days.
