Ingredients
  

For the Steak Bites

  • 1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Pasta

  • 8 ounces twisted pasta (such as rotini)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

Cooking the Steak Bites

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add steak bites and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
  • Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add cooked steak back to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.

Cooking the Pasta

  • Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions.
  • In a separate saucepan, combine heavy cream and Cajun seasoning over low heat.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  • Drain pasta and mix it with the Cajun Alfredo sauce.

Serving

  • Serve steak bites over pasta and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with garlic bread and a fresh garden salad. Consider a sprinkle of chopped parsley for color. Pair with red wine for enhanced flavor.
