For the steak

  • 1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil For cooking
  • 4 tablespoons butter For flavoring the steak
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced To enhance the flavor
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

For the pasta

  • 1 package Pasta of choice Use your preferred pasta type
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning Adjust according to spice preference
  • 1 cup Cream For the Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese For flavoring

Cooking the Steak Bites

  • Start by heating 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the steak bites and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the minced garlic and 4 tablespoons of butter, stirring until melted and the steak is coated.

Cooking the Pasta

  • In a separate pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In the same pot used for pasta, add cream, Cajun seasoning, and parmesan cheese, stirring until combined and heated through.
  • Toss in the cooked pasta and stir until well mixed.

Serving

  • Serve the garlic butter steak bites on top or alongside the spicy Cajun Alfredo pasta.

Notes

This dish is perfect on its own, but you can add a side salad or garlic bread for extra flavor. For storage, keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days or freeze the components separately for up to three months.
