  • 1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

For the Pasta

  • 8 ounces twisted pasta Any pasta shape can be used.
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning Adjust according to spice tolerance.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving Use freshly grated for best flavor.
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Preparation

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  • Add steak bites to the pan and cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add butter and minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
  • Meanwhile, cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a separate pot, heat heavy cream over medium heat, add Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, stirring until heated through.
  • Combine the pasta with the sauce and mix well.
  • Serve the garlic butter steak bites over the Cajun Alfredo pasta, garnished with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.

Notes

This dish can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. Reheat in a skillet over low heat with a splash of cream or water to prevent sticking. For a different flavor, consider adding diced jalapeños or swapping steak for shrimp or chicken.
