  • 4 tablespoons butter

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Pasta Ingredients

  • Alfredo sauce

Method
 

Cooking the Steak
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sirloin steak cubes and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and butter, stirring to coat the steak bites and cook until the garlic is fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.
Cooking the Pasta
  1. Prepare pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Once cooked, mix with Alfredo sauce and Cajun seasoning.
Serving

Notes

To store, let cool before transferring to an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 3 days, or freeze for about 2 months. For a lighter option, substitute chicken or shrimp instead of steak.
