For the Steak Bites

  • 1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes Use high-quality steak for best flavor.
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Pasta

  • 8 ounces twisted pasta Any shape can be used if twisted pasta is unavailable.
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning Adjust the amount for desired spice level.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

Cooking the Steak

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season steak bites with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  • Add steak to the skillet and sear until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  • Reduce heat, add butter and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.

Cooking the Pasta

  • Meanwhile, cook twisted pasta according to package instructions.

Making the Sauce

  • In a separate saucepan, heat heavy cream and stir in Cajun seasoning and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  • Drain pasta and combine with the sauce.

Serving

  • Serve steak bites on top of pasta, drizzled with garlic butter.
