  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle.
  3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
  5. Layer the Alfredo sauce over the garlic butter.
  6. Sprinkle the diced chicken over the sauce.
  7. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Tightly roll up the pizza dough into a log shape and slice it into 1-inch thick rolls.
  9. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.

Notes
