Preparation
- Preheat your oven according to the crescent roll package instructions.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it’s nicely browned.
- Season the beef with salt and pepper, then stir in the garlic butter until it’s melted and well combined.
- Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into individual triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and some cheese at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up the dough, starting from the wide end to the point, sealing the edges tightly.
- Arrange the rollups on a baking sheet and bake according to the dough package instructions until they’re golden brown.
- Serve warm with your choice of optional toppings.
Notes
Best served with a side of crispy fries or fresh salad. Great for dipping with ranch, ketchup, or barbecue sauce. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen for a month.
