  • 1 lb ground beef Cooked until browned
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled Add more or less based on preference
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can substitute with other cheeses
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles For a tangy flavor
  • Salt and pepper To taste
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll sheet
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted For brushing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: sesame seeds or chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain any excess grease.
  • Unroll the pizza dough onto a flat surface and press into a rectangle, leaving about a 1/2 inch border on all sides.
  • Spread the cooked beef evenly across the dough.
  • Top with bacon, cheese, and pickles evenly over the beef layer.
  • Roll it up tightly from the long edge to form a log and pinch the seam to seal.
  • Brush the top with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
  • Optional: Sprinkle sesame seeds or parsley over the roll.

Baking

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Serving

  • Cool slightly, then slice into rollups and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

To store leftovers, let the rollups cool completely, then place them in an airtight container. They can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through.
