  • 2 boxes 2 (8.8 oz) boxes cheese Ritz Bits
  • 3/4 cup 3/4 cup butter, melted Ensure the butter is fully melted, but not too hot.
  • 2 teaspoons 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons 1 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese Can experiment with different types of cheese.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cheese Ritz Bits with the butter mixture and toss until well coated.
  4. Spread the coated Ritz Bits out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese evenly over the Ritz Bits.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  2. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your garlic bread Ritz Bits!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For reheating, pop them back in the oven for a few minutes to regain crispness. You can freeze the coated Ritz Bits before baking for later use.
