Ingredients
  

For the punch
  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 2 cups sparkling water Add just before serving
For garnish
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 large orange, sliced
  • 1 large lemon, sliced
  • Ice cubes
  • Snow sugar or granulated sugar for rimming glasses

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large punch bowl, combine cranberry juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  2. Stir well to blend all the juices and syrup together.
  3. Chill the punch in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
  4. Just before serving, add the sparkling water and gently mix.
  5. Rim the glasses with snow sugar or granulated sugar for a frosted effect.
  6. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the punch over the ice.
  7. Garnish with fresh cranberries, orange slices, and lemon slices for a festive presentation.

Notes

Serve alongside charcuterie, light finger foods, or holiday desserts. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days; do not freeze.
