Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and onions.
  • In another bowl, mix the white vinegar, water, sugar, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until the sugar and salt are dissolved.
  • Pour the mixture over the cucumbers and onions and stir to combine.
  • Transfer to jars and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
