Preparation
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Layer it generously with sliced roast beef and a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
- Roll the tortilla tightly to fully enclose the filling.
- Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas until all of your filling is used up.
- To serve, slice the roll-ups into bite-sized pieces.
Serving
- Serve alongside warm au jus for dipping.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can freeze for longer storage. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
