  • 2 cups all-purpose flour You can replace some flour with almond flour for a nutty taste.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Gradually add the all-purpose flour and salt to the mixture, gently mixing until a cohesive dough forms.
  5. Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a star-shaped tip.
  6. Pipe the dough into 2-inch long swirls or any preferred shape onto the prepared baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges turn a delicate golden brown.
  2. Once baked, let them sit on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
