Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter with the powdered sugar until it appears light and fluffy.
- Mix in the vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour and salt, stirring until everything is blended.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. They can also be frozen for about a month.
