Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough and Base

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For brushing on the dough
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adds flavor to the base
  • 2 medium fresh tomatoes, thinly sliced For topping
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped For garnish

Cheese Toppings

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 3/4 cup shredded provolone
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese To be added after baking

Seasoning

  • Pinch salt To season the toppings

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 475°F and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat up.
  • In a bowl, mix mozzarella, provolone, and parmesan cheeses.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and place it on parchment paper.
  • Brush the dough with olive oil and spread the minced garlic evenly.
  • Top the dough with the shredded cheese mixture and lay the tomato slices on top.
  • Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.

Cooking

  • Transfer the pizza (with parchment) onto the hot stone or baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and top with crumbled feta cheese and fresh basil.
  • Let sit for 2 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For storage, place leftover pizza in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes. Pizza can be frozen for up to two months when individually wrapped.
