  • 1/3 cup 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves 2 cloves garlic, minced Minced for better flavor infusion.
  • 2 sprigs 2 sprigs rosemary, minced Can be replaced with other herbs.

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and minced rosemary.
  • Place the steak in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the steak.
  • Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.

Cooking

  • Remove the steak from the marinade and cook it to your preferred doneness on a grill or skillet.
  • Allow the steak to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
