  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 sprigs rosemary, minced

For the Steak

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and rosemary.
  • Place the steak in a resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over it.
  • Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Remove the steak from the marinade and grill or cook it to your desired doneness.

Notes

For maximum flavor, marinate your steak overnight. Serve with sides like roasted vegetables or a fresh garden salad.
