  • 1/3 cup Fireball whisky Provides unique flavor.
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar Adjust sweetness to taste.

  • 3 tablespoons pepper jelly
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar Adds tanginess.
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Adjust spice level to taste.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  • Stir well until fully combined.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  • Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Notes

This sauce is versatile; use it on grilled meats, as a dipping sauce, or mixed into pulled pork. For extra spice, increase black pepper or add cayenne pepper. A fruit-infused version with diced peaches or apricots can be made for a unique flavor.
