  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 cup firm red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 6 large croissants
  • Green leaf lettuce

Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich

  • 2 medium green bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 lb ribeye steak, boneless, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 6 toasted hoagie buns

Turkey Bacon Avocado Sandwich

  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb thick-cut bacon
  • 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 large leafy green lettuce leaves
  • 8 thick slices peppered turkey breast
  • 1 ripe avocado, seeded, peeled, and sliced
  • 1/4 purple onion, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber

Slow Cooker French Dip Sandwich

  • 1 large yellow onion, sliced
  • 4 lb chuck roast, trimmed
  • 1 oz au jus gravy mix (1 packet)
  • 1 oz onion soup mix (1 packet)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 8 medium hoagie rolls
  • 3 tbsp butter, softened
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • Freshly chopped parsley

Instructions
 

Chicken Salad Sandwich Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, celery, grapes, almonds, mayo, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic salt, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well and serve in croissants with green leaf lettuce.

Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich Preparation

  • Sauté the bell peppers, onion, and mushrooms in butter.
  • Add the ribeye steak and season with seasoned salt and black pepper.
  • Pour in Worcestershire sauce and cook until the steak is browned.
  • Serve on toasted hoagie buns with provolone cheese.

Turkey Bacon Avocado Sandwich Preparation

  • Cook the bacon until crispy.
  • Assemble on croissants with Dijon mustard, lettuce, turkey, avocado, onion, and cucumber.

Slow Cooker French Dip Sandwich Preparation

  • Place sliced onion and chuck roast into a slow cooker.

  • Cook on low for 8 hours.
