Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggnog, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon, and flour until smooth.
- Gradually stir in the melted butter until the mixture is fully incorporated.
- Pour the filling into the pre-made graham cracker crust.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted into the pie comes out clean.
- Allow the pie to cool completely on a wire rack, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkle a dash of ground nutmeg.
Notes
Eggnog Pie can be served with vanilla ice cream, spiced cookies, or drizzled with warm caramel sauce. To store, cover and refrigerate for 3-4 days; may freeze for longer storage.
