Preparation
- Slice the flank steak into thin strips and place it in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, ginger, Sriracha, and beef broth.
- Pour the sauce over the beef in the slow cooker.
- Mix well and cover. Cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the beef is tender.
Serving
- Serve over cooked white rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
For extra tenderness, marinate the flank steak in the sauce for a few hours before cooking. Feel free to add in vegetables during the last hour of cooking for a complete meal. Adjust the Sriracha according to your heat preference.
