  • 1 pound fresh salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  • Place a large nonstick or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, toss salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dill, salt, and pepper.
  • Once the skillet is hot, add salmon in a single layer without crowding.
  • Let cook undisturbed for 2–3 minutes to form a golden crust.
  • Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
  • Transfer to a plate, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with lemon wedges for a fresh touch. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Can freeze for up to 3 months.
