Preparation
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring to prevent burning.
- Once melted, mix in the creamy peanut butter until well combined.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually sift in the powdered sugar while mixing continuously until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the fudge mixture into a parchment-lined dish and spread it out evenly.
- Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Once firm, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
To store, put fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer storage. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
