  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 1/4 cups powdered sugar Sifted to avoid lumps

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring to prevent burning.
  2. Once melted, mix in the creamy peanut butter until well combined.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually sift in the powdered sugar while mixing continuously until the mixture is smooth.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into a parchment-lined dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Once firm, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

To store, put fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer storage. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
