Ingredients
  

For the peach filling

  • 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced Use ripe peaches for the best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar Adjust the amount based on peach sweetness preference.

For the crumble topping

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the sliced peaches with a little sugar if desired, and place them in a greased baking dish.
  • In another bowl, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Pour the melted butter into the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the peaches.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.

Serving

  • Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. You can reheat it in the oven or microwave before serving. For added crunch, consider including nuts in the crumble mixture.
