Easy No-Bake Chocolate & Cream Layered Dessert

Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 20–24 pieces Oreo cookies About 2 cups crumbs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

For the cream layer

  • 2 blocks cream cheese, softened Each block is 8 oz / 226g
  • 1 cup powdered sugar 200g
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups cold heavy cream

For the ganache layer

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips 170g

  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Chocolate bars

Instructions
 

Make the Crust

  • Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  • Press the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan and chill for 15–20 minutes.

Make the Cream Layer

  • Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the powdered sugar and vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.

Prepare the Ganache

  • Heat the 1/2 cup of heavy cream until it is simmering.
  • Pour it over the chocolate chips, let it sit for 5 minutes, whisk until smooth, and cool.

Assemble the Layers

  • Spread half of the cream filling over the chilled crust.
  • Pour the ganache over it, followed by the remaining cream filling.
  • Chill for 4–6 hours or overnight.

Decorate & Serve

  • Once set, remove the springform ring.
  • Whip cream for topping, decorate as desired, slice, and enjoy chilled!

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature for easy mixing. If you want a richer chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate chips. For extra flavor, consider adding crushed nuts or candy to the cream filling or as a topping.
