Ingredients
  

For White Chocolate Caramel Fudge

  • 24 oz white baking chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2.5 tbsp heavy cream
  • 25 wrapped caramels

For Cotton Candy Fudge

  • 22 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp cotton candy flavoring
  • 1/2-3/4 tsp pink gel food coloring
  • 1/2-3/4 tsp purple gel food coloring

For Maple Walnut Fudge

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 4 tbsp salted butter
  • 3/4 tsp maple extract
  • 1.5 cups roughly chopped walnuts

For Christmas Fudge

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp red gel food coloring
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp green gel food coloring

For Butterscotch Fudge

  • 22 oz butterscotch morsels
  • 1/4 tsp salt (optional) Add if desired.

Instructions
 

Preparation for White Chocolate Caramel Fudge

  • Melt white baking chips and sweetened condensed milk in a pot.
  • Stir in heavy cream and caramels until smooth; pour into a prepared pan.
  • Chill until firm.

Preparation for Cotton Candy Fudge

  • Melt white chocolate chips, add sweetened condensed milk and butter.
  • Stir in flavoring and food coloring; then pour into a prepared pan.
  • Chill until firm.

Preparation for Maple Walnut Fudge

  • Melt white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and butter.
  • Mix in maple extract and walnuts; pour into a pan and chill until set.

Preparation for Christmas Fudge

  • Melt white chocolate with sweetened condensed milk and butter.
  • Add food coloring, mix well, and pour into a pan.
  • Chill until firm.

Preparation for Butterscotch Fudge

  • Melt butterscotch morsels with sweetened condensed milk.
  • Add salt if desired; pour into a pan and chill until firm.

Notes

Store fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks. Can be frozen for up to three months; wrap well and thaw overnight in the fridge before serving.
