  • 1/2 cup whole Greek yogurt Use plain whole Greek yogurt for best results.

Preparation

  • Mix the two ingredients together in a bowl until a soft dough forms.
  • Divide the dough into four equal balls.
  • Flatten each ball to your desired thickness.

Cooking

  • Fry the flattened dough in a non-stick pan over medium heat without oil.
  • Cook until golden brown on both sides.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in a non-stick pan.
