- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add the chicken tenders to the mixture and stir until they are well coated.
- Crush the Ritz crackers and spread them out on a plate.
- Take each coated chicken tender and roll it in the crushed crackers until fully covered.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
