  • 1 pound chicken tenders Use fresh chicken for best results.
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed For a crunchy coating.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Add the chicken tenders to the mixture and stir until they are well coated.
  4. Crush the Ritz crackers and spread them out on a plate.
  5. Take each coated chicken tender and roll it in the crushed crackers until fully covered.
  6. Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
