  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the chicken breasts, season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest.

Sauce Preparation

  • In the same skillet, add the remaining butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Then stir in the roasted red peppers and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Combining Ingredients

  • Slice the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and return it to the skillet. Add the drained linguine and pour in some reserved pasta water to create a creamy sauce. Toss everything together gently until combined, allowing the lingering heat to meld the flavors.

Finishing Touches

  • Stir in freshly chopped herbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Adjust the sauce with more pasta water if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  • Plate the dish and garnish with additional herbs and cheese, if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
