  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Green onions, for garnish

Preparation

  • Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  • In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
  • Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour in beef broth, soy sauce, and chili paste (if using). Bring to a simmer.
  • Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pot and stir to combine.
  • Serve hot, garnished with green onions.

Notes

Easy Beef Ramen pairs well with sides like sesame cucumbers or a simple salad. For extra flavor, consider adding sriracha or a side of kimchi.
