Ingredients
  

For the dough

  • 120 grams all-purpose flour (plus more for dusting) Adjust as necessary depending on dough consistency.
  • 120 grams firm Greek yogurt Use firm Greek yogurt for best results.
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch sea salt

For topping

  • 3 tbsp pizza sauce See notes for details if needed.
  • 3 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese (low fat)

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, Greek yogurt, olive oil, baking powder, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir quickly until it forms a dough.
  • Transfer the dough onto a clean, floured surface and knead it to form a soft ball.

Shaping

  • With a rolling pin and your hands, shape the dough into a round disc about 15 cm (6 inches) wide, making the edges thicker than the center. Sprinkle more flour if the dough gets sticky.

Topping and Baking

  • Spread pizza sauce over the crust and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese melts and the crust turns golden brown.

Notes

Make sure to use firm Greek yogurt for best results. You can also customize by adding different toppings such as vegetables or meats. Store any leftover dough in an airtight container for up to 2 days in the refrigerator or freeze for later use.
