  • In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and minced garlic.
  • Whisk until well combined.
  • Adjust sweetness or spiciness by adding more honey or sriracha to taste.
  • Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

For a zesty twist, add citrus juice like lime or lemon. You can add chopped green onions or cilantro for an herbed version, and increase sriracha or add chili flakes for more heat. Store sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator; reheating is easy.
