Notes

Store any leftover Dragon Sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. This sauce is best fresh but can be frozen in small portions for up to three months; thaw in the fridge before reheating. Adjust the amount of sriracha for spiciness based on your preference. Consider adding sesame oil or a splash of orange juice for a richer flavor. Experiment with fresh herbs like cilantro for extra freshness.
